The new Lettings Policy is now due to go live on 1st April 2024.
You do not need to do anything now. We will continue to add properties to CBL as normal, and you can keep bidding on properties you are assessed for under the current policy.
We'll contact you again two weeks before the new policy goes live to confirm your banding under this policy.

Please read the following before creating an account.

Housing Online lets you view your rent account, complete a housing application and search and apply for a property.

If you already have an account, please enter your email address (which is your username) and click on the login button below.

If this is your first time, click on one of the following to create an account

Option 1 is for Existing Tenants and Applicants. This includes tenants who want to search and apply for properties or view their rent account.

Option 2 is for New Customers who want to complete a housing application form.

Please do not use your housing online account to create a housing application for any other person. New applicants will need to create their own housing online account.
