The CBL advert will be published at midnight on Tuesday 23rd December, we have extended the time the advert will be open until Friday 2nd January at 12 noon. During this time, we will extend the number of properties applicants can apply for from 3 to 6. Please note we will not make any decisions regarding the allocation of properties from this advert until we reopen on 2nd January 2026.

There will be no CBL advert on Friday 2nd January 2026.

The next CBL advert will open at midnight on Tuesday 6th January 2026 and run until 12 noon on Thursday 8th January 2026 as normal.

Housing Online lets you view your rent account, complete a housing application and search and apply for a property.

If you already have an account, please enter your email address (which is your username) and click on the login button below.

If this is your first time, click on one of the following to create an account


Option 1 is for Existing Tenants and Applicants. This includes tenants who want to search and apply for properties or view their rent account.

Option 2 is for New Customers who want to complete a housing application form.


Please do not use your housing online account to create a housing application for any other person. New applicants will need to create their own housing online account.
